FAQ Title

IN-APP OR ONLINE 

1. Log into your account online or in the app.  
2. Add your order to your cart.  
3. At the "MAKE PAYMENT" screen, tap "Redeem" under "Available Rewards."  
4. Choose the reward you want to use.  
5. Complete payment and enjoy! 

IN-STORE 
1. Provide your phone number to the cashier  or scan your QR code using the app and ask to redeem your reward. 
2. Order your favorite subs or salads. 
3. Complete payment and enjoy!

Earning points is easy! Just provide your phone number at the register or scan the QR code in your Capriotti’s app (Rewards > Earn Points > QR Code). For online or in-app orders, simply ensure you're logged into your account to earn points automatically. It may take up to 48 hours for points to appear.

Cap’s Cash is our currency! Every time you hit 100 points, we’ll automatically convert them to $10 Cap’s Cash, ready for you to use on your favorite subs.

To update your email address, simply log in to your account and select “Edit Profile” to make the changes. If you run into any issues or can't update your email, feel free to contact us at loyalty@capriottis.com for assistance—we're happy to help!

Points will be added to your account within 48 hours of your purchase, as long as you used your rewards account at checkout.

If you didn’t scan your app or provide your phone number to the cashier when ordering in-store, you can still add points by scanning or manually entering the barcode at the bottom of your receipt in the 'Rewards' panel of the app. Please note, receipts are valid for 24 hours. If it's been slightly longer than 24 hours and you still have the receipt, contact us at loyalty@capriottis.com for assistance.

If your receipt doesn’t have a barcode, that means your rewards account was already linked to the purchase, and your points will be automatically added to your account within 48 hours. No further action is needed!

No worries! If you’ve redeemed a reward but haven’t actually used it, it will remain in your account, even if it shows as expired after the timer runs out. The reward will automatically return to your account as it was before. 

When ordering through the app or online, there's no need to hit ‘Redeem’ beforehand. You can apply your reward at checkout by selecting ‘Redeem Available Rewards’. 

If you accidentally claimed a reward and it hasn’t returned to your account within 24 hours, please reach out to loyalty@capriottis.com for help.

To find your referral code, simply log in to your account and select "Invite Friends." Your unique referral code will be displayed there, ready for you to share!

3. If your phone number is not listed under "Contact Information," select "Edit Your Info." 
4. Enter your phone number. 
5. Select “Submit”.

We specialize in catering and satisfying big crowds. You can order as many small, medium, or large subs as you want! You can even place a catering order. Choose to have your order made as soon as possible or for a later time.

We are good at deadlines. When you select your day/time for pickup, we will have it ready to go at the front counter or at the “Pick-Up Zone”.

Delivery is available at many Capriotti’s locations. After you review your order you will have an opportunity to choose pick up or delivery. In some cases you will have your Capriotti’s order delivered by a 3rd party.
